Submit your application for the Governor's Institutes of Vermont

This winter we’ll be using rolling admissions, so there is no firm deadline. After you submit your application, we’ll be reviewing your submission within a few weeks. Admission decisions will be sent out via email, and if you are accepted, you’ll receive further instructions.

This also means that spots may fill up quickly, so be sure to apply as soon as possible! Your odds of acceptance are better the earlier you submit your application.

You just need to fill out a simple online form, which includes:

• Some basic contact info like name, age, email address, school, etc.
• A few short essay questions to help us understand why you’d be perfect for GIV!

Unlike our summer applications, this process does not require recommendations.
